Welcome to Welcome Spa, located at D-Block, SCO23, Vaishali Marg, near Big Bazar, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302021. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or visiting our spa.

1. Appointments & Bookings

• All appointments can be booked through call, WhatsApp, or in person.
• We recommend booking in advance to ensure therapist availability.
• For online bookings, confirmation will be sent via call or WhatsApp.

2. Payments

• Payments can be made via cash, UPI, or other approved methods at the spa.
• All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Advance payments or deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We require a minimum of 2 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late arrivals may reduce the duration of your session without any refund.
• No-shows may result in forfeiture of any prepayment made.

4. Health & Safety

• Clients must inform the therapist of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions before treatment.
• Our services are strictly therapeutic and professional — inappropriate behavior will result in termination of service without refund.
• We maintain hygiene and follow strict sanitization procedures after every session.

5. Personal Belongings

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables safe during your visit.

6. Refund Policy

Once a session has started, no refunds will be issued. Refunds may be considered only in genuine cases such as booking errors or double payment.

7. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, prices, or policies at any time without prior notice.

8. Liability

Welcome Spa and its staff shall not be held liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or health complications arising during or after treatments if proper disclosure was not provided by the client.
